Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from us are covered by the manufacturers guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period or substandard in any way, please telephone 07816 010007 or notify us by email. The product will either be exchanged, repaired or if preferred if purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)
Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us, as long as it is complete and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange (less actual postage and credit card processing costs) within 7 days.
The item must also be returned at your cost. We are of course more than happy to arrange collection of these items and will only charge you at cost for this service. To notify us of your dissatisfaction, please send us an email Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
If you have any complaints about our products of services, and you have not had a response to an email or telephone call within 48 hours, please us direct on 07816 010007.
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. Uk Pet And Aquatics cannot accept responsibility for the package once left. If you think you may be out on the day of delivery you should enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you would not like us to leave your delivery if you are out, please inform us when placing your order. Further delivery information can be found on our delivery information page which will answer all of your questions. The information detailed above does not affect your statutory rights.
We will always attempt to despatch your order the same day for next day delivery if received before 12 noon. However delivery and despatch times can vary and so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. More information can be found about our delivery schedules on our delivery page. Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which Uk Pet & Aquatics cannot accept any liability. If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above. Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however Uk Pet & Aquatics do reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.

Transfer of Title
The title of all goods shall remain with us until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bankers have verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
