Uk Pet & Aquatics does not deliver International at the moment

When will my goods be shipped?

next business day when you place your order before 1pm. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered to you within 3 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing you order. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

How much does shipping cost? Is It Really FREE?

Orders sent by courier are FREE in all of the mainland UK, 

What happens if I am out?

When placing your order if you believe you may be out when delivery is made, you should note where we should leave your order in the special instructions box at the checkout. On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day and have not left any special delivery instructions, our couriers, will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. Uk Pet & Aquatics cannot accept responsibility for the package once left. 

Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order.
